Who’s the sky?
Gregory Bunn, founder
Over thirty years in the financial services industry, spanning traditional and digital assets.
Greg's expertise covers prime brokerage, treasury, hedge funds and digital assets. He is a former Head of Counterparty Strategy & Central Funding at Citadel, Global co-Head of Prime Finance at Deutsche Bank, and Americas Head of Securities Financing at HSBC. He was also Global Head of Financial Resource Management at Deutsche Bank and a Managing Director in its Strategic Equities Transaction Group. In digital assets, he has held executive roles at CrossTower and Blockchain.com.
He founded The White Skyline in 2026 to provide consulting, research and coaching services.
He is an advisor to BCG Expand, a BCG Company, primarily on strategy and benchmarking in the financing and investment management space; and acts as Americas President of The Growth Stage, a private placements company, and Liquidity Digital Assets, which promotes the digital securitisation of private credit in regulated capital markets.
Greg holds an Honours Degree in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder, and holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, 63 and 79 licences. He is currently studying for a Certificate in Coaching at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
Beyond his work interests his passions are rugby and F1.
